These chalets are on the ground floor permitting stair-free access.
Booking and Registration
Bookings can be made by telephone, in writing or by email (info@mountainchalets.at) as well as over the internet (www.mountainchalets.at). MountainChalets Fiss Marketing GmbH acts as agent in relation to the accommodation agreement between you as Contract Partner and the Accommodation Provider. The contract becomes binding upon acceptance by MountainChalets Fiss Marketing GmbH, whereupon you will receive written confirmation of your booking.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Within 2 days of receipt of your booking confirmation, a deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of your booking is payable. The remainder of the price for your stay is payable 28 days before your arrival date. For bookings made at short-notice, the whole cost of the stay is immediately payable on booking. All payments should be made by bank transfer to the following account at Raiffeisenbank Serfaus-Fiss: IBAN AT16 3631 5000 0014 0210 BIC RZTIAT22315.
Arrival and Departure
Your chalet is ready from 4pm on arrival day. We ask you to kindly leave the accommodation by 9am on your day of departure. In case of arrival after 8pm we ask for prior notice.
Parking
You can easily park in our spacious underground garage with direct indoor access to the MountainChalets.
Each Chalet-Apartment has its own garage space and an outdoor parking space. The Chalet House has 2 garage spaces and 2 outdoor spaces.
Cancellation
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) you are entitled to cancel your accommodation contract subject to payment of the following compensatory fees:
Up to 3 months before your arrival date: €50.- Administrative cost per booking
- Up to 1 month before arrival date: 40% of the total cost of your booking
- Up to 1 week before arrival date: 70% of the total cost of your booking
- In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total cost of your booking

Insurance
Please be aware that our offer does not include travel insurance or any cover for the cancellation costs. We strongly advise you to take out appropriate cancellation and travel insurance.
Deposit
Please be aware that we require a deposit in the amount €200 for Chalet-Apartments (M, L) and €400 for the Chalet-House. We kindly ask you to pay this amount on arrival in cash at reception.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in any of the chalets.
Smoking ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all parts of the building.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is €2.60 and from 01.12.2024 € 3,70 per person per night for youths and adults and will be invoiced separately.
For bookings for 2024 all people born up to and including 2008 are liable to pay tourist tax.
For bookings for 2025 all people born up to and including 2009 are liable to pay tourist tax.
SUPER-SUMMER-CARD
With the summer season 2022 a service fee will be charged for the Super. Summer. Card in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. For our guests the Super.Sommer.Card is
2024: 6,00€ per night for adults and youths (2008 and older) and 3,00€ per night per kid ( 2009-2017)
and will be invoiced separately. For Kids 2017 and younger ( in 2024 Kids 2018 and younger) the SuperSommerCard is included.
INFORMATION ON NEIGHBOURING BUILDINGS
A new guest house will be completed on the neighbouring property south of the MountainChalets by December 2024.
